In my opinion, love seems 'cringe' and unrealistic in movies and shows, because movies and shows are just not good at portraying love. That's because love is a very complex thing to portray. Unlike war movies or action movies, portraying genuine chemistry between two people and them experiencing the highs and lows of their relationship is really hard. Plus, 'true love' is monotonous, that's why movies try to sensationalize and glorify love.

Tiktok ban is mostly about reciprocity - China bans most non-Chinese tech giants. Also of course, the sphere of influence that Tiktok commands plus the question of the level of separation between it's parent company and the Chinese government.

I would’ve thought your team would’ve vetted who you pick as your sponsors a bit better, especially after Connor’s open statement some time ago implying a personal policy against being involved with events/businesses that have had controversial pasts, which I thought would’ve been shared by the other boys too. Irregardless of what BetterHelp has proven has changed with how they conduct their business, the distrust by the public remains, so I think it would’ve just been a better choice to avoid possibly drawing attention to yourselves and risk the chance of having fans with more ‘vocal’ opinions deliver them in your comments. Misery Grant's: Snatch (also my favorite Ritchie movie), Scott Pilgrims, The Matrix, Rush Hour 2 (even though I prefer the first one) and Memento are undeniable great movies. What the hell are you'll talking (2 years ago XD), The Matrix still great. Need to watch Confessions. Joey's: Rashomon 10/10. Ikiru is a masterpiece. One Cut of the Dead is really fun. Gladiator score is insane. I don't find Will Farrell funny in movies, but in interviews he's hilarious. Has not seen Trainspotting (also on my to watch list). Connor's Powerful list: Tokyo Drift is awfully good. Kill Bill Vol. 1 is way better than Vol. 2. The rest of the list pretty OP. Love No Country for Old Men. But Coonor's Pulp Fiction hot take wow😂

I understand Garnt's take on dropping games. I really love learning about new worlds and new characters and seeing the story build up, but I generally find that the middles of stories in games can get really dull or boring. And it takes a really good game to overcome that hurdle. Or I find games that have long term mysteries to them tend to help me push through the middle point. So sometimes I'll take a break from a game around the halfway point and start a new game, and then the cycle repeats until something sticks.

I'm the type of person who would watch any sort of anime, but I would not actively start a game I have no interest in playing. I guess it's mainly because the sense of progression. No matter how bad an anime may be, as long as I watch it, I'm at least achieving something. However, if I get stuck on a game, that's it and I would have to put in time and commitment depending on how good I am at said game. 😁
